Phil Kirk
Team Lead
Phil and his lovely wife Abby live in the Kennedy King neighborhood of Indianapolis along with their sons Emmitt and Tatum and their daughter Madelyn. Prior to becoming a licensed realtor with Plat Collective, Phil worked in in construction management rehabbing homes throughout Indianapolis. He and his wife own and manage their own Airbnbs and rentals in Indianapolis. Phil loves real estate because every day is different. He enjoys advising folks through the process; helping them use discernment and wisdom when buying/selling. Witnessing the tangible value we offer people is so fulfilling. Phil is also on the board of NeighborLink Indy; a non-profit that does free home repairs for homeowner senior citizens and folks with disabilities who fall below the poverty line. Any free time that Phil and his family have they take time to enjoy all of the neighborhood parks. Herron-Morton Place park is their favorite!
Spencer Ruark
Realtor
Born and raised in Indianapolis, Spencer has always loved Indy and all that it has to offer. After a few years in Tulsa and Dallas, he was thrilled when he and his family decided to move back to his hometown to plant a church. He has been an agent with At Properties since moving back to Indy in 2015. As a Realtor, Spencer thoroughly enjoys meeting new people and connecting them to communities where their family and the neighborhood can flourish together. Spencer and his wife, Mallory, along with their daughter, son, and Golden Retriever, Dolly Pawton, call the Indianapolis neighborhood of Bates-Hendricks home. They love their neighbors and enjoy taking walks on the Cultural Trail to visit Calvin Fletcher’s Coffee Company and their other favorite local spots! Spencer loves playing for Bates-Hendricks FC in the Indy City Futbol league and is a big fan of the Colts, Pacers and Arsenal.
Drew Kirk

Drew and his beautiful wife, Andrea, live in the Kennedy King neighborhood of Indianapolis with their two sons Theodore and Bennett. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Drew worked for a Christian collegiate ministry that took him all over the state of Indiana. Drew loves the fast-paced nature of real estate. Serving the needs and interests of clients is the most fulfilling part of his work. He is looking forward to joining the Kirk Realty Team and participating in the renewal of the city by providing responsibly priced flips to Indianapolis residents. In their free time, Drew and Andrea love spending time with family and visiting the Children’s Museum and Indy parks. When possible, Drew also enjoys incrementally improving his middling golf game.

Chizuki is a licensed realtor. She is originally from Japan and moved to Indiana 20 years ago. After living in multiple cities across Indiana, she settled in downtown Indianapolis.
