Unique from the start

@properties was established in Chicago in 2000 by top-selling agents Mike Golden and Thad Wong, who paired cutting-edge technology with upscale marketing to provide a better brokerage experience. Just over a decade later, Mark Nottingham started Plat Collective to fill a gap in the urban Indianapolis real estate market, and eventually partnered with Rex Fisher in 2018. Recognizing an opportunity to further enhance the real estate experience in the Indy market, Plat Collective joined @properties in 2021.
